Seasonal Pool Service Contracts, Explained
A service contract isn't an admission that maintenance is too hard, it's a bet that your time is worth more than the monthly fee. This site is dedicated to a single build method: gunite (shotcrete) construction, rebar cage, sprayed and hand-finished concrete, engineered bond beams, and a design that can be shaped to anything the lot allows, from tanning ledges to negative edges to integrated spas.

What's Usually Included
A standard weekly service typically covers testing and balancing chemistry, skimming, brushing, and basic equipment checks; most contracts explicitly exclude major repairs (those get quoted separately) and some exclude equipment replacement parts.
When It's Worth It
A service contract tends to pay for itself in avoided problems, caught early, for owners who travel often, aren't confident testing water themselves, or simply don't want pool care on their weekly list; for a hands-on owner willing to follow a maintenance calendar, DIY is a real and much cheaper option.
